Head of Sylhet Cluster   

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

*      Develop  and  implement  different  plans  and  strategies  to  meet  annual target of  the  branch.
*      Generate  business by  maintaining  relations  with  deference  business  channels  and  promoting  IDLC  brand
*      Ensure  qualities of branch  portfolio  by  plying   lead  role  in  overdue  collection  and  security  management
*      Ensure  customer satisfaction   by  overselling   the  quality of services  delivered  by  branch  staff
*      Manage  branch  staff  through  counseling   training  and  development, performance  assessment  and  reinforcement  mechanism
*      Ensure  compliance  of  internal  and  external  regulatory  requirements
*      Oversee  the  overall  branch  operational  and  administrative  issues

Qualification and skills:

*      Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree (Concentration in Finance, Marketing or business Studies) from any recognized   University.
*      Minimum  8(Eight) years  experience in  banking  with  demonstrable knowledge  of  banking  practices  and  financial  product.
*      Excellent  written,  communication  and  presentation  skills
*      Demonstrated   ability  to  establish a  service  culture
