Key Roles and Responsibilities:

      Develop  and  implement  different  plans  and  strategies  to  meet  annual target of  the  branch.

      Generate  business by  maintaining  relations  with  deference  business  channels  and  promoting  IDLC  brand

      Ensure  qualities of branch  portfolio  by  plying   lead  role  in  overdue  collection  and  security  management

      Ensure  customer satisfaction   by  overselling   the  quality of services  delivered  by  branch  staff

      Manage  branch  staff  through  counseling   training  and  development, performance  assessment  and  reinforcement  mechanism

      Ensure  compliance  of  internal  and  external  regulatory  requirements

      Oversee  the  overall  branch  operational  and  administrative  issues

Qualification and skills:

      Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree (Concentration in Finance, Marketing or business Studies) from any recognized   University.

      Minimum  8(Eight) years  experience in  banking  with  demonstrable knowledge  of  banking  practices  and  financial  product.

      Excellent  written,  communication  and  presentation  skills

      Demonstrated   ability  to  establish a  service  culture
